Robert Hadley Associates is conducting a confidential search for an experienced New Jersey Land Use & Zoning Attorney to join a highly respected practice handling sophisticated development and redevelopment matters throughout New Jersey.

If you're a strong land use attorney who has built solid experience where you are but is ready for larger projects, greater responsibility, stronger client exposure and a platform where your expertise can really grow , this opportunity deserves a conversation.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You will work on sophisticated land use, zoning and redevelopment matters involving developers, property owners and major development projects , including:

- Planning and zoning board applications and appearances

- Site plans, subdivisions, variances and rezonings

- Redevelopment projects, agreements and PILOTs

- Municipal approvals and permitting

- Land use due diligence and development strategy

- Negotiation with municipalities and opposing parties

- Related land use and zoning litigation

WHO WE WANT

We're looking for an attorney with 3–9 years of meaningful New Jersey land use experience who:

- Is admitted to practice in New Jersey

- Has substantial hands-on zoning and land use experience

- Has appeared before planning and/or zoning boards

- Can manage matters with increasing independence

- Enjoys working directly with clients, developers and municipalities

- Wants to take the next step professionally

Land use litigation experience is a strong plus.
