Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day landscape maintenance and operations across multiple sites. Lead and supervise landscape teams, supervisors, technicians, gardeners and subcontractors. Ensure high standards of soft landscaping, irrigation, turf, planting and horticultural maintenance. Plan manpower, materials, equipment and daily work schedules. Monitor preventive maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of work. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality, safety and client requirements are maintained. Manage landscape projects, seasonal planting, pruning, fertilization and pest-control activities. Coordinate with clients, FM teams, suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare operational reports, manpower plans and performance updates. Control costs and ensure efficient utilization of resources. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Agriculture or a related field . 8+ years of landscape experience , preferably within Qatar/GCC. Proven experience in landscape maintenance and FM operations . Strong team leadership and client-management skills. Good knowledge of irrigation systems, horticulture, turf management and soft landscaping . GCC experience is highly preferred. Qatar driving license is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
