Lead Butcher & Meat Service Leader

Newrest in Qatar is seeking a Butchery Team Lead to coordinate the butchery section in line with chef-defined menus and quantities. You will manage a team, ensure quality meat, fowl and fish service, and liaise with the chief cook on requirements.

You will receive and inspect meat on delivery, ensure proper storage and stock rotation, and minimize wastage through careful use of tools and techniques. This role demands leadership in a high-demand kitchen environment.
