Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Growth and Lead Generation professional to help expand our B2B sales pipeline for AI-powered software solutions. This role will focus on discovering untapped business opportunities, understanding target markets, building meaningful relationships, and creating scalable ways to generate revenue. The ideal candidate is a hunter who enjoys exploring new possibilities, taking ownership, experimenting with new approaches, and converting ideas into measurable business outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Demand Generation, Growth, Strategic Partnerships, Field Sales and Outbound Prospecting, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales, customer acquisition, and business development.
• Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities with the capability to identify potential markets and business opportunities.
• Comfortable with field activities, business meetings, conferences, exhibitions, meetups, and networking events.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative from concept to execution.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, lead trackers, digital platforms, and basic reporting.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong hunter mindset, commercial orientation, and focus on measurable results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new markets, industries, customer segments, and business opportunities aligned with our software capabilities.
• Discover and test alternative customer acquisition channels beyond traditional prospecting.
• Identify relevant events, meetups, conferences, associations, communities, networks, and business forums and represent the company where appropriate.
• Build relationships with potential customers, strategic partners, consultants, agencies, and referral sources.
• Develop and execute growth experiments, referral initiatives, joint activities, workshops, demos, and other acquisition programs.
• Research prospects, understand their business challenges, identify key decision-makers, and provide Sales with relevant business context.
• Work with the Sales team to ensure effective qualification, follow-up, opportunity progression, and conversion.
• Participate in customer and prospect conversations to understand market needs and identify recurring business problems.
• Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects, partnerships, experiments, and opportunities.
• Track performance across initiatives, including qualified leads, opportunities, conversion rates, channel performance, and ROI.
• Analyze results and recommend which initiatives should be scaled, refined, or discontinued.
• Continuously identify ways to increase the company's sales pipeline and revenue through new acquisition opportunities.
