Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage technical engineering activities for construction projects.
-Review and approve shop drawings technical submit material submissions and construction documents.
-Coordinate with consultants clients subcontractors and internal project teams on technical matters.
-Ensure all project drawings and technical documentation comply with project specifications and local authority requirements.
-Identify analyze and resolve complex technical and design-related issues during project execution.
-Oversee BIM coordination and multidisciplinary model integration when required.
-Support project planning and ensure timely delivery of technical deliverables.
-Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
-Attend technical meetings and represent the technical department in project discussions.
-Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field.
-Proven experience in technical engineering within the construction industry.
-Strong experience in design coordination technical submissions and project execution.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong understanding of BIM/Revit workflows.
-Excellent leadership communication and coordination skills.
-UAE construction project experience is mandatory.
