About Triple:
Triple connects North American businesses with pre-vetted, experienced remote professionals who integrate directly into their teams. Our assistants already bring real corporate experience — our job is to sharpen that into someone who is ready to represent a US business professionally with its customers, executives, or patients.
That polish is almost entirely about communication and professional presence, and building it is your job. We're hiring a Corporate Trainer to take experienced professionals and coach them into their best, most client-ready selves — how they write, how they speak, how they carry themselves on a call, and how they handle a difficult moment with a client. You'll build the training from scratch, run it live, and assess whether someone is genuinely ready for client deployment.
About the Role:
This role goes beyond creating training decks. You will be responsible for building end-to-end learning programs, delivering live training, assessing trainee readiness, and continuously improving the training ecosystem based on operational and client requirements.
