A Learning & Development Officer is responsible for supporting the learning, growth, and professional development of employees by identifying training needs, coordinating and facilitating training programs, maintaining training records, and monitoring the effectiveness of learning initiatives. The role works closely with department leaders to enhance employee skills, improve performance, and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
