Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development Training or Talent Development. Strong experience creating e-learning and classroom training content. Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools. Strong presentation facilitation and communication skills. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and storytelling ability. Experience within Retail Fashion Hospitality or Luxury industries is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Advanced PowerPoint and content creation skills. Knowledge of instructional design principles is highly preferred. Fluent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
Required Education:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Psychology Education Business or related field.
