Key Responsibilities Manage leasing transactions for residential and commercial properties. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and tenants. Meet and exceed monthly leasing and performance targets. Ensure property listings are accurate, up-to-date, and professionally marketed. Guide clients through every stage of the leasing process with professionalism and transparency. Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease agreements. Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the initial inquiry through property handover. Requirements Proven experience in residential and/or commercial leasing (Qatar market experience is an advantage). Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing your own client pipeline. A real estate broker license is an advantage.
