The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leasing activities, maximizing property occupancy, maintaining strong tenant relationships, and achieving leasing targets. Key Responsibilities:* Manage the end-to-end leasing process for residential and commercial properties.* Respond to leasing inquiries, conduct property viewings, and convert leads into signed leases.* Negotiate lease terms, prepare lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation.* Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to encourage lease renewals.* Monitor occupancy levels, vacancies, and leasing performance.* Coordinate with maintenance, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth tenant move-in and move-out processes.* Maintain accurate leasing records and prepare periodic leasing reports.* Support property marketing initiatives and ensure listings are updated across online platforms. Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.* Minimum **5 years of leasing experience**, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.* Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.* Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/property management systems.* Ability to work under pressure and achieve occupancy and leasing targets.* **Transferable visa with NOC preferred.*** **Immediate joiners are highly preferred.*** **Female candidates are preferred.**
