We are looking for a highly experienced Legal Expert to join our team at Yasser Haikal Auditing & Accounting. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing legal advisory, drafting policies and contracts, and ensuring compliance with Qatari laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, memorandums of understanding, and organizational policies. Provide specialized legal advice on administrative decisions, regulatory compliance, and institutional governance. Interpret and apply Qatari laws and regulations, particularly in areas related to procurement, labour law, and administrative rules. Prepare legal memoranda, opinions, and formal responses to government entities and external parties. Support institutional governance by ensuring alignment with national legal frameworks and organizational policies. Collaborate with government authorities and semi-governmental organizations on legal and compliance matters. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 15 years of professional legal experience, including proven expertise in contract drafting, memorandums of understanding, and organizational policies. Strong knowledge of Qatari laws and regulations, especially in procurement and labour law. Excellent legal writing and analytical skills. Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
