Job Title Speech Therapist

Our healthcare facility in Al-Khor is seeking a qualified Speech Therapist to join our team The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds with a focus on providing quality care and personalized treatment plans As a Speech Therapist you will use your expertise to assess and diagnose speech language and communication disorders as well as develop and implement effective therapy programs This role requires strong communication skills patience and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech Therapist is preferred This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Speech Therapy or related field
• Valid license to practice speech therapy in Al-Khor
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Speech Therapist
• Knowledge of various therapy techniques and tools
• Ability to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Strong communication skills
• Patience and empathy towards patients
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

Responsibilities

• Assessing and diagnosing speech language and communication disorders
• Creating personalized treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs
• Implementing therapy techniques such as articulation exercises language stimulation activities and swallowing exercises
• Documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
• Educating patients and their families on speech therapy techniques for at-home practice
• Maintaining accurate records of patient information and treatment plans

This position does not require English proficiency but fluency in Urdu or Punjabi is preferred Accommodation is not provided for this role therefore only applicants with their own visa will be considered
