This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leveraged finance lawyer, who is seeking an alternative to Big Law. You will move away from the transactional side of law becoming a subject matter expert in the leveraged finance space in an analytical way. A keen eye for detail, deconstructing complex issues and excellent writing skills are necessary for this position. You will have a deep understanding of the leveraged finance market and extensive experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing leveraged finance documentation.
