Librarian (Lusail, Qatar) We are in need of a highly organized and knowledgeable Librarian to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our library collection, assisting patrons with research requests, and promoting literacy and education within the community. Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain library materials according to established systems Assist patrons with locating resources and providing reference services Develop and implement programs to promote reading and literacy, especially for children Collaborate with teachers to support curriculum needs Evaluate, select, and acquire new materials for the library collection Manage budget and purchasing of library supplies Supervise library assistants or volunteers Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field Proven experience working as a Librarian Knowledge of library cataloging systems and online databases Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work well with diverse groups of people Strong organizational skills Proficiency in English Salary: 1600$ per month *Note: This position is open for foreigners with English language proficiency.
