Licensed Esthetician

Help patients feel confident in their skin, and in the plan you create together. Ultimate You Med Spa is looking for a licensed esthetician with laser experience who loves personalized care, enjoys explaining skincare, and knows how to turn a thoughtful consultation into a lasting patient relationship.

HANDS-ON LASER TREATMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

Schedule: 10-15 possibly more • Employment type: Part Time

Pay: 21-24 • Incentives and benefits: Commission, and occasional free treatment

What you will do

• Get to know each patient’s concerns, goals, skincare routine, and budget. Work with our clinical team to customize treatment plans and adjust recommendations as their needs and results evolve.
• Perform esthetic and laser treatments within your authorized scope, training, and treatment protocols, with attention to safety, comfort, and results.
• Educate patients about treatments and home skincare: what they do, who they suit, what to expect, and how they fit into the patient’s overall plan.
• Grow treatment and skincare sales through education. Confidently recommend appropriate services and products, explain their value, answer questions, and help patients choose their next step without pressure.
• Build ongoing relationships through attentive care, clear aftercare instructions, progress photos when appropriate, and thoughtful follow-up recommendations.
• Keep accurate, timely treatment notes and coordinate with the front desk so recommendations and follow-up appointments carry through to checkout.
• Help keep the spa ready for every patient by cleaning and resetting treatment rooms, restocking supplies, and pitching in with daily office tasks.

What you bring

An active Idaho esthetician license and HANDS-ON LASER TREATMENT EXPERIENCE ARE REQUIRED. Radiofrequency (RF) treatment experience is a plus.

A warm, professional approach and the ability to make patients feel heard and comfortable.

Confidence discussing skincare, recommending treatments, and supporting sales through honest, personalized education.

Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, accept feedback, and support your teammates. Med spa and electronic charting experience are preferred.
