We are in search of a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a healthcare facility in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Administering medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitoring patient health and reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical staff
Assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures
Educating patients on self-care techniques and managing chronic conditions
Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
Requirements
Valid LPN license from an accredited nursing program
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Urdu or Hindi is a plus)
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Compassionate and empathetic nature with a strong desire to help others
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
