Responsibilities Ensures safety of guests and associates within the designated swimming areas during the posted business hours. Possesses Life Guard certification and is authorized to conduct AR and CPR. Ensures set‑up of safety equipment at the pool, which includes life‑saving flotation devices along the shoreline/around the pool; correct flag placement during business hours; first aid kit; posting of business hours; depth of the pool; water & air temperatures. Responds to any emergency within the hotel, resort swimming areas, including ensuring that the rescue boat is available at all times. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications Life Guard Certification and 2 to 5 years of experience in the same field. Good English communication skills. Pleasing personality. Ability to handle pressure at work. Ability to multi‑task.
