Key Responsibilities

• Prepare customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Review supplier invoices and coordinate payments.
• Reconcile customer, supplier, bank, and general ledger accounts.
• Maintain accounting and inventory records in the ERP system.
• Support financial closing, audit documentation, and UAE VAT records.

Requirements

• Strong accounts receivable and accounts payable experience.
• Good analytical skills and experience using an ERP system.
• Ability to work accurately in an engineering or contracting environment.
