We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Lighting Division Manager to lead lighting and electrical projects for a reputable organization in Qatar. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands‑on project management across large-scale lighting installations.
Job Posting Date: 26/04/2026 Key Responsibilities Lead and manage lighting & electrical division including engineers and site teams Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of lighting projects Control project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation Review and approve lighting designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals Ensure integration of lighting systems with electrical and control systems Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for project execution Manage procurement coordination for lighting fixtures and materials Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and specifications Oversee testing, commissioning, and project handover Mentor and develop engineering and project teams Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s is a plus) 10–15 years of experience in lighting and electrical project management Minimum 5 years in a managerial role Strong experience in commercial, hospitality, and large‑scale lighting projects Proficiency in Dialux and Auto CAD Strong knowledge of lighting systems, controls, and electrical standards Excellent leadership, client handling, and negotiation skills Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage) Job Details Location: Qatar Industry: Electrical / Lighting / Construction Position Type: Full‑time Hiring Type: Senior Management Role / Urgent Requirement Salary: Competitive (based on experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr
