We are looking for an experienced and motivated Listing Agent Team Leader to join our real estate team. This role is perfect for someone who can lead inspire and manage a high-performing team of property listing agents while driving premium listings on Property Finder and Dubizzle .
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of listing agents to achieve and exceed targets.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract property owners and increase high-quality listings.
- Oversee listing operations streamline processes and optimize team productivity.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service and retention.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate listings and sales preferably with team leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in Property Finder and Dubizzle platforms.
- Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales and listing targets.
