An established Dubai brokerage is hiring Listing Telesales to advise clients and acquire listings across Dubai market. Success in this role means consistently achieving listings targets, strong client relationships, and genuine market expertise.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to property owners to secure new listings
- Convert leads into signed listing agreements
- Qualify properties on price, availability, and seller motivation
- Maintain accurate records of calls, owner contacts, and listing status
- Hit daily and weekly call and listing targets
- Hand over qualified listings to the sales team with full property details
- Follow up consistently with warm and previously contacted owners

Qualifications
- Must have a minimum 1 year of experience winning listings over the phone in the real estate market
- Dubai real estate experience is a must
- Proven track record of converting calls into signed listings
