A well-established law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its Indianapolis team. This is an opportunity to take meaningful responsibility on complex matters, work directly with clients, and grow within a collaborative and supportive practice.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, trial preparation, and oral advocacy.
- Represent businesses in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings.
- Develop case strategies, conduct fact investigations, and work with experts and witnesses.
- Manage matters and collaborate with senior attorneys, clients, and litigation support teams.
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to business development and client relationship efforts.
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- 3+ years of law firm commercial litigation experience.
- Active Indiana bar license.
- Strong writing, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
