Litigation Paralegal
Our client, a leading litigation firm in the Denver metro area is looking for a detail oriented 5 plus years litigation paralegal to join their robust team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing case management and litigation support
- Conducting detailed reviews of newly assigned cases, helping to identify and gather information needed as cases move into discovery
- Assisting with litigation filings, client reporting, and case updates
- Supporting attorneys in coordinating and working with experts
- Helping with mediation reports, confidential evaluations, and settlement documentation
- Playing an integral role in coordinating and preparing cases for pre-trial, trial, and post-trial
Ideal candidates will have:
- An associate degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field; a paralegal certificate; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 plus years of personal injury and insurance defense litigation paralegal experience at a law firm.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
