Are you an experienced Litigation Paralegal looking to join a well-established law firm with a busy and sophisticated insurance defense practice? Our client is seeking a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and enjoys managing complex matters from inception through trial.
What You'll Do
- Support attorneys in all phases of insurance defense litigation
- Manage case files, pleadings, discovery, and document production
- Coordinate and assist with eDiscovery processes and litigation technology platforms
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and case-related materials
- Review, organize, and summarize large volumes of records and evidence
- Prepare attorneys for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial
- Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Strong background supporting insurance defense matters
- Experience handling coverage litigation is highly preferred
- eDiscovery experience is a strong plus
- Exceptional organization, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
