Location: Fully remote you can be based anywhere in the world
Hours: Shift-based morning and evening shifts to cover global traveller time zones
Salary: $2000$3000 USD/month

Remote World is partnering with a UK-based travel booking platform to hire for this role. They handle over a million bookings a year across flights hotels and packages and when travel plans change (and they always do) their support team is the difference between a loyal customer and a lost one.
Youll assist travellers via live chat and email with booking changes cancellations refund requests and urgent travel issues. Travel support is fast-paced and unpredictable no two days are the same and youll need to stay calm when customers are stressed.
