Global education basket is seeking a detail-oriented LMS Support Specialist to manage, maintain, and support our Learning Management System operations. You will resolve technical issues, support instructors and students, manage content uploads, and ensure smooth platform performance.
You will provide daily support, troubleshoot access and enrollment issues, upload learning materials, collaborate on updates, and create user guides, while monitoring system performance and escalating bugs as needed.
