A reputable construction company in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team As a Loader Operator you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and transport materials and equipment around the job site This position is suitable for men and does not include accommodation
Responsibilities
- Operate the loader safely and efficiently following all safety guidelines and procedures
- Load and transport materials such as dirt gravel rocks or debris around the job site
- Use hand signals or radios to communicate with other team members while operating the loader
- Conduct daily maintenance checks on the loader and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor
- Ensure that materials are loaded accurately and efficiently to maximize productivity
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a loader in a construction or similar environment
- Must have a valid loader operator certificationlicense
- Ability to read and understand job site plans and instructions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
