About the role
We are looking for a physically capable and reliable Loader/Unloader to safely and efficiently load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods manually or using equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Verify shipment quantities against manifests/delivery notes/invoices.
- Inspect goods for visible damage during loading/unloading.
- Arrange goods safely and systematically within trucks/storage areas.
- Follow safety guidelines to prevent damage or injury.
- Assist with staging and sorting goods for onward movement.
- Report discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant warehouse/logistics experience is mandatory.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic understanding of safe loading/unloading practices
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
- Good teamwork and physical stamina.
- Experience with material-handling equipment (forklift/pallet jack) is an advantage.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
