Our client is a global MNC Operating in the FMCG Distribution segment for over two decades. We are recruiting for a Logistics Assistant to be based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate needs to have strong interpersonal skills with some experience working in the Corporate environment in the past.
Experience within Logistics will be preferred however not mandatory.
Send instructions to suppliers
Organize loading with suppliers and freight forwarders
Check Docs copy, organize amendments with related teams
Send approved document copies to customer
Inform AP team for originals release needed
Input data in Oracle and ship confirm
Save copy of all documents on the server and print hard copy
Bachelors Degree is a must
Logistics experience will be preferred not mandatory.
Excellent command in English is a must.
Freshers are ok to apply.
Can be resistant under pressure
Hard-working individual, but able to work in a team
A proactive team player with strong communication skills and great attention to details
Problem solving attitude, solution-oriented approach
Has a positive and balanced personality, loyal, honest and flexible
Has good computer skills MS Office, possibly Oracle
