Logistics Coordinator (Transportation and Site Support)

Support on-site project coordination between teams and contribute to the successful execution and timely completion of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Logistics Division Manager and PMT teams.
- Liaise with company on permits and operational requirements.
- Coordinate staff mobilization, transport allocation, and site access passes.
- Manage office operations, transport policies, procedures, and records.
- Coordinate vehicle mobilization, maintenance, servicing, and operations.
- Monitor vehicle safety, compliance, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate vendors and service providers, ensuring contract compliance.
- Handle employee requests related to office administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Law, or a related discipline.
- 8 years of relevant business experience, including 4 years in Oil & Gas.
- Strong administrative experience.
- Knowledge of project execution is an advantage.
- International experience, preferably in Qatar or the Middle East, with RLIC and large-scale project exposure preferred.
- Valid driving licence may be required.
Skills and Competencies
- Handles complex tasks and guides staff and internal customers in resolving issues.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Demonstrates initiative to deliver timely and cost-effective services.
- Works independently within established procedures, plans, and budgets.
- Plans and schedules work independently and coordinates team activities efficiently.
