Key Responsibilities:-
- Inspect handbags, assess their condition and recommend suitable care and restoration treatments.
- Perform leather cleaning, conditioning, colour matching, colour restoration and edge repairs.
- Carry out hardware care and polishing using appropriate techniques.
- Handle different leather types, including exotic leathers, with care and sound technical judgement.
- Preserve the original appearance, structure and craftsmanship of each handbag.
- Document the condition before and after treatment and maintain clear service records.
Candidate Requirements :-
- At least 3 years of professional experience in luxury handbag care and restoration.
- Strong practical experience working with Hermès handbags.
- Good knowledge of leather characteristics, restoration products, tools and treatment methods.
- Excellent attention to detail, reliable workmanship and careful handling of high-value items.
Monthly Compensation :-
Base salary: AED 10,000
Bonus: Performance-based bonus
Expected total income: AED 20,000–30,000, including performance-based bonuses
Expected total income depends on individual performance and is not a guaranteed fixed salary.
