Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling advice to luxury clientele.
- Drive sales through expert product knowledge and a client-focused approach.
- Confidently host in-store and online shopping events, engaging customers and promoting products.
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable shopping experience.
- Assist with visual merchandising to maintain the boutique luxurious aesthetic.
- Stay updated on industry trends and brand collections to enhance client engagement.
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining a professional and elegant demeanor.
Requirements
- Preferably someone who can speak Arabic and can join immediately
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales with a strong ability to drive revenue.
- Exceptional grooming and professional appearance, reflecting a high-end brand image.
- Confident public speaker with experience hosting events or online shopping sessions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- A passion for luxury fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with social media and live streaming platforms.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and during events.
