Luxury Sales Manager

At Aroma360 we create unforgettable scent experiences for homes and businesses worldwide. We are seeking a dynamic Luxury Sales Manager (Showroom Manager) to lead our Dubai boutique. As a brand ambassador and leader you will inspire your team elevate client experiences and drive exceptional commercial performance while upholding the highest luxury standards.

What youll do:

• Lead coach and inspire a team of Luxury Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed boutique sales targets.
• Act as a role model on the showroom floor demonstrating impeccable clienteling and closing skills.
• Drive client development strategies building lasting relationships and expanding the boutiques client book.
• Ensure the highest standards of grooming presentation and boutique excellence at all times.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to continuously elevate performance and service.
• Collaborate with corporate teams on visual merchandising events and brand initiatives.
• Uphold compliance with company policies and UAE labour standards.

What were looking for:

• Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or high-value sales ideally as a Boutique Manager Assistant Manager or Team Leader.
• Strong track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance.
• Exceptional communication coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable grooming and elevated presence aligned with luxury retail standards.
• Service-first mindset with the ability to manage VIP clientele and high-pressure situations with poise.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings weekends and UAE public holidays.
