Role Summary

We are seeking a driven M&A Advisor to support transaction advisory engagements, financial due diligence, valuations, and deal execution for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in executing mergers, acquisitions, and transaction advisory engagements. Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation assessments. Prepare financial models, reports, and client presentations. Support deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution. Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle. Deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in M&A, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Valuations, or Deal Advisory. Strong financial modelling, analytical, and communication skills.
