We Are Hiring – Stranding Machine Operator | UAE
DUCAB Metal Business is looking for an experienced Stranding Machine Operator to join our Manufacturing team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor stranding machines to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Monitor machine parameters and ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Perform routine quality checks and identify any production deviations.
- Carry out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Follow safety procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and 5S practices.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant industrial machinery experience, preferably in the cable industry.
- Hands-on experience operating stranding machines is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of stranding machine setup, operation, and quality control.
- Relevant technical qualification or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 1-month notice period are preferred.
Please note: Candidates without direct stranding machine operating experience will not be considered.
