CDR ProSource is hiring a Maintenance Purchasing / Planner-Scheduler in Kalamazoo, MI.
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Kalamazoo, MI
Position Summary
This position supports the Maintenance Department by coordinating maintenance schedules, purchasing and managing parts, and ensuring materials and resources are available to keep plant equipment operating efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Purchase maintenance parts and manage parts inventory.
* Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance.
* Coordinate labor, parts, tools, and materials for maintenance work.
* Work with Production to schedule maintenance while minimizing downtime.
* Maintain work orders, equipment records, and maintenance history in the CMMS.
* Communicate with vendors and suppliers for parts and services.
* Assist with tracking maintenance KPIs.
* Follow plant safety and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
* Maintenance planning/scheduling experience preferred.
* Experience with CMMS systems such as FIIX, SAP, Maximo, or eMaint.
* Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
* Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency.
