Dubai opens soon and other locations are already in development. We are looking for the person who will help build the brand from the ground up and grow with us as we expand.
You maintain and repair every corner of Le Café LPM. You ensure the space stays safe, functional, and always presented to brand standards.
As we grow, you grow with us. This role has real scope.
Multi-Trade Skills: Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting - you handle routine and urgent repairs across all areas with confidence and minimal disruption to service. You update yourself constantly.
Problem-Solving: You identify issues early, think on your feet, and find the right fix fast, before they become someone else’s problem.
Compliance: You follow your location safety regulations and internal maintenance protocols as fire, hygiene, and safety checks are part of your routine, not an afterthought.
Documentation: You keep accurate logs of repairs, preventive checks, and contractor visits - everything recorded, nothing missed.
