This is an opportunity for a strong maintenance leader to step into a highly visible role and make an immediate impact on preventive maintenance, team development, equipment reliability, and overall maintenance execution.

What We're Looking For:
✅ Maintenance leadership experience within a large-scale F&B or high-speed consumer products manufacturing facility
✅ Strong preventive and predictive maintenance background with the ability to build a more proactive maintenance culture
✅ Proven ability to develop, train, and hold maintenance teams accountable
✅ Experience improving equipment reliability, uptime, PM compliance, and maintenance execution
✅ Strong troubleshooting knowledge involving PLCs, automation, conveyors, packaging, processing, and material handling equipment
✅ Experience leading maintenance teams in a 24/7, multi-shift operation
✅ A strong sense of urgency and experience supporting a high-volume, customer-facing manufacturing environment
