Job Description

Responsible for supervising golf cart operations, ensuring smooth transportation of guests, proper vehicle handling, and maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily golf cart operations and schedules.
• Coordinate and assign golf carts to drivers/operators.
• Ensure golf carts are clean, safe, and operational.
• Monitor drivers and ensure compliance with company safety procedures
• Assist guests with transportation and provide courteous service.
• Check cart condition, battery levels, and basic maintenance requirements.
• Report accidents, damages, or technical issues to management.
• Maintain daily operation and inspection records.
• Handle guest requests and resolve minor operational issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Golf Cart Supervisor / Golf Cart Operator / Transport Supervisor preferred.
• Experience in a hotel, resort, golf club, hospitality, or similar environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise a team and manage daily operations.
• Basic knowledge of golf cart safety and maintenance.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts.
