Manager, Enforcement – Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA)

Full‑time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, responsible for enforcing regulatory compliance and conducting investigations within the DIFC.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in law, accounting, finance, or related disciplines.
• 5‑7 years of regulatory or prosecutorial experience with emphasis on investigation, litigation and prosecution.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Prevent, detect and restrain conduct that could damage the DIFC’s reputation.
• Receive, assess and respond to allegations of misconduct.
• Conduct investigations and prepare evidence briefs for litigation.
• Support supervisory divisions in regulatory activities.
• Engage in outreach to promote DFSA’s objectives.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement policies, systems and procedures to meet legislative requirements.
• Share responsibility for risk management and promote a strong risk culture.
