Manager - HR Transformation & Change

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Manager - HR Transformation & Change to lead people readiness across the end-to-end HR transformation. The role will connect change management, communications, training coordination and HR Operating Model transition into one integrated plan, ensuring stakeholders are prepared for new systems, processes and ways of working. The role will also support the internal HR project team on change-adjacent project delivery activities and steer transitional HR Operating Model activities through go-live and Hypercare.

• Strong experience in change management, organizational communications and HR transformation.
• Experience translating program-level change frameworks into integrated HR people-readiness, engagement and adoption plans.
• Strong experience identifying and monitoring people-readiness risks, change saturation and adoption performance.
• Ability to define, monitor and report adoption, training, utilization, ticket volume, sentiment and readiness KPIs.
• Strong experience in stakeholder impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and engagement planning.
• Experience building, mobilizing and managing change champion networks across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong experience developing and delivering multi-channel communication campaigns for large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience coordinating training readiness and adoption tracking in complex transformation programs.
• Experience supporting frontline and 24/7 shift-based employee populations.
• Strong experience with Train-the-Trainer, End User Training, micro-learning, in-shift briefings, floor-walker enablement and job aids.
• Experience supporting HR Operating Model transitions, including transactional handovers, role clarifications and interim ways of working.
• Experience leading go-live, Hypercare and post-go-live reinforcement activities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and facilitation skills, with the ability to drive alignment without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess people impact and translate insights into effective adoption activities.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with HR leadership, HR CoEs, HRBPs, IT and program delivery partners.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of total experience, including 5+ years in change management, organizational communications and HR transformation.
• Experience with at least two full-lifecycle ERP/HCM implementations.
• Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience across modules in scope, with change-lead exposure as the primary lens and functional or techno-functional literacy as a supporting requirement.
• Change Management certification such as Prosci, ACMP or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in aviation, airport or 24/7 shift-based operating environments, with demonstrable experience delivering change to frontline / blue-collar populations.
• Proven experience executing an integrated change, communications and readiness plan within an established program-level change framework.
• Demonstrated experience mobilizing and managing change champion networks across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience coordinating training readiness and adoption tracking in complex programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting or steering HR Operating Model transitions is preferred.
• Bilingual English and Arabic capability is preferred; additional expat-community languages are an advantage.
• Prior GCC delivery experience and awareness of Qatarization / Nationalization frameworks is preferred.
• Experience owning defined adoption KPIs and go-live / Hypercare exit criteria in previous ERP/HCM programs is preferred.
• Experience managing change, communications and training budgets and vendor delivery is preferred.
• Experience operating across senior stakeholder interfaces including CPO office, HR CoEs, HRBPs, IT and program delivery partners is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
