Head of Legal Staffing
Madison Davis is launching a dedicated Legal staffing practice and looking for an experienced legal staffing professional to build and lead it.
This is a true market-building opportunity. The right person will have the ability to shape the direction of the practice, develop key client relationships, build the recruiting team, and create a meaningful temporary legal staffing business with the backing of an established staffing platform.
You will have access to Madison Davis infrastructure, recruiting support, operations, technology, existing client relationships, and signed agreements where relevant, while having the autonomy to build the Legal vertical around your experience and market relationships.
As the practice grows, there is a clear path toward broader leadership, long-term economic participation, and partnership.
