Edelbrock Group is looking for a talented, hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Olive Branch, Mississippi.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving manufacturing processes, eliminating waste, and making a measurable impact on plant operations.
What You'll Do:
- Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop solutions to improve productivity, safety, quality, and cost.
- Optimize manufacturing processes, equipment utilization, and facility layouts.
- Partner with plant leadership to implement operational improvements.
- Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives, including value stream mapping and process optimization.
- Identify opportunities for capital improvements and increased operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent Lean manufacturing experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience with process controls and value stream mapping.
- CNC machining, AutoCAD, or distribution center experience is a plus
