Required Skills:
Master Mariner (Class 1) Certificate of Competency Minimum 5 years of sea-going experience as Master on relevant vessel types (e.g. tankers bulk carriers container vessels) At least 3 years of experience in a shore-based marine superintendent or equivalent role; DPA experience is a strong advantage Strong understanding of international maritime regulations and compliance requirements Extensive practical experience in cargo operations navigation and bridge resource management Proven experience handling vetting inspections (SIRE CDI RightShip) and Port State Control matters
