To berth/ un berth and shift vessels mooring at jetty for smooth movement of ships within the port.
Maintaining all mooring boats and provide towing operation of painting pontoons, rubber fenders, tanker berth mooring boat thus ensuring all .
Ensure safety procedures and HSE compliance are met during Marine Operations.
Ordering all stores items paints, ropes, shackles, safety accessories for staff for fending mooring/pilots/ tugs and for jetty bollards of all berths.
Securing tyre fenders and replacing by putting chains, shackles with the assistance of cranes, forklift & flexi trailer to avoid wastage in time, cost and resources.
Distributing and allocating work functions to all mooring staff for working as required for as required in 24 hrs shift of mooring gang for smooth functioning of port operations.
Daily checking all berth for the safety of ships/barges/ tugs/dhows & small crafts etc. by providing assistance for repositioning the vessels thus providing support to port operations.
To coordinate with General Cargo and Cruise Terminal for positioning of the vessel and to fullfill necessary Marine Operation requirements coordinated to Marine Manager.
Farsi/Persian language is a must/advantage.
