We’re supporting a major international pharmaceutical business to appoint a Marketing Director in Dubai, responsible for driving growth across markets in Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Africa, and other emerging markets.
This is a newly created role with significant autonomy and exposure to senior leadership. Rather than inheriting a centrally developed strategy, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the international marketing agenda yourself and take new products from pipeline through to commercial launch.
For someone coming from a larger pharmaceutical organisation, this is an opportunity to have far greater ownership of the full strategy-to-execution journey, working in a lean, entrepreneurial international environment where you can directly influence how the portfolio grows.
