one or two shoot days at the marina, and the rest of the week editing on your own schedule. On a shoot day you have the keys, the helm and the boat to yourself before a client arrives. You will film sea trials from the water, and you will meet the buyers.
student, recent graduate or self-taught (we assess the work, not the qualification); a reel or portfolio; competence in at least one editing suite; an understanding of short-form attention; comfort directing someone more senior on camera; based in Dubai with the right to work or intern in the UAE; fluent English.
the first month is an unpaid trial with transport, shoot-day meals, equipment and software covered from day one; at the one-month review the role converts to a stipend of AED 2,500 per month. Equipment provided, and a written reference at the end of the internship. Work produced in the role is owned by JJ Marine, and you keep full portfolio rights to show it, in writing. Client identities and any price under negotiation are confidential, and nobody appears in published content without their consent.
