About Sharq
Sharq builds sovereign, specialist AI for enterprises and governments across the GCC and MENA. We post-train and serve models tailored to the region's languages, regulations, and infrastructure, so banks, telecoms, insurers, and public-sector organisations can deploy AI they actually control, on their own terms and inside their own borders.
We're an early-stage team, which means as an intern you'll do real work that goes live, not side projects.
What you'll do
- Plan, create, and schedule content for LinkedIn and Instagram that explains what we do in clear, simple language
- Help shape the Sharq brand across our website, social media, pitch decks, and event materials
- Design social posts, one-pagers, and visuals for client meetings and events like GITEX and Expand North Star
- Research the AI market, competitors, and industry trends, and turn what you find into content and campaign ideas
- Track performance across channels and share what's working with the team
What we're looking for
- Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field
- Strong writing skills and the ability to explain complex ideas simply
- A good eye for design and familiarity with Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools
- An understanding of social media and what makes content perform
- Curiosity, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment
Nice to have
- Video editing or Reels experience
- Experience running social media for a brand, society, or your own page
- Interest in AI and B2B technology
- A portfolio or examples of content you've created
