MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Lead and manage the marketing function as a strategic enabler to support sustainable business growth and revenue generation

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Provide strong leadership and management support to the team


• Develop the strategic marketing plan for the business unit or cluster


• Manage the marketing budget


• Position the business unit as the desired healthcare brand


• Maintain and build sustainable relationships

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: 4 - 6 years' relevant marketing experience including ownership of multi-channel campaigns

Sound track record in a senior marketing role

Desired: Experience in the healthcare sector in UAE

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing (experience is seen as more valuable than a formal qualification)

Desired: Relevant Degree in Marketing

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications


• Demonstrate a good understanding and application of all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements and policies


• Demonstrate an ability to manage financial resources in a manner that will support the achievement of marketing objectives set out for the business unit or cluster


• Demonstrate knowledge, insight and experience in the UAE healthcare market


• Demonstrate sound knowledge of branding and brand management


• Digital marketing principles and best practice


• Marketing principles and best practice


• Verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic will be an advantage)


• Networking and influencing skills
