Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager at Caravan by Our Habitas Hatta you will lead the development and execution of the propertys marketing strategy building awareness driving demand and positioning Caravan as a distinctive lifestyle and experiential destination. Working closely with property leadership regional marketing commercial teams and external partners you will bring the brand to life through compelling storytelling content campaigns partnerships and community engagement.

This role is ideal for a creative commercially minded and hands-on marketer who understands lifestyle hospitality and knows how to turn a brand concept into meaningful guest engagement strong visibility and measurable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the propertys marketing strategy aligned with the Our Habitas brand identity positioning and commercial objectives
• Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital social media content partnerships PR activations and relevant offline channels
• Own the marketing calendar ensuring campaigns and communications are strategically planned well executed and aligned with business priorities
• Lead the development of compelling content and storytelling that captures the spirit experiences people and sense of place of Caravan by Our Habitas Hatta
• Manage social media channels and digital presence ensuring a distinctive brand voice engaging content and meaningful community interaction
• Lead pre-opening and launch marketing initiatives building awareness anticipation and demand ahead of opening
• Develop and manage partnerships with relevant brands creators influencers media local businesses and lifestyle communities to increase reach and brand visibility
• Work closely with Sales Revenue PR Operations and regional marketing teams to maximise opportunities for guest acquisition revenue generation and destination awareness
• Identify relevant market trends audience insights and cultural opportunities to keep the propertys marketing activity fresh relevant and competitive
• Manage external agencies creative partners freelancers and suppliers where required ensuring quality timelines and brand consistency
• Oversee the development of marketing collateral digital assets presentations newsletters promotional materials and other communications
• Monitor marketing performance across campaigns social media digital channels partnerships and activations using insights to optimise activity and demonstrate ROI
• Manage the property marketing budget effectively ensuring spend is aligned with priorities and delivers measurable impact
• Ensure all marketing communications consistently reflect the Our Habitas philosophy visual identity tone of voice and distinctive guest experience
• Act as a brand ambassador for Caravan by Our Habitas Hatta building meaningful connections with guests the local community and the wider lifestyle ecosystem

Qualifications :

• Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing within hospitality lifestyle travel luxury wellness or experiential brands with a strong understanding of guest-led marketing
• Pre-Opening & Launch Experience: Previous experience supporting or leading hotel resort restaurant or lifestyle brand pre-openings and launches is highly desirable
• Digital & Social Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing social media content strategy campaign management and performance marketing with the ability to translate strategy into engaging execution
• Brand Storytelling: Creative and commercially minded with the ability to bring a brands story personality and sense of place to life through compelling content campaigns and experiences
• Partnerships & Community: Experience building relationships with creators media lifestyle brands local partners and relevant communities to build awareness and engagement
• Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of how marketing activity contributes to awareness guest acquisition engagement conversion and overall commercial performance
• Project Management: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns projects agencies and deadlines in a fast-paced pre-opening environment
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to work collaboratively with property leadership commercial teams regional stakeholders agencies and external partners
• Brand & Cultural Fit: Passionate about lifestyle hospitality experiences travel and creating meaningful connections with an authentic appreciation for the Our Habitas philosophy and values
